If you are a successful candidate under the Express Entry you will then receive an Invitation to Apply or also known as an ITA for permanent residence in Canada.
ITA’s are issued roughly every two weeks.
Once an ITA is received you will be required to submit a completed permanent residence application to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
An Invitation To Apply is offered to any candidate in the Express Entry pool who has been selected to apply for immigration to Canada by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) through the Express Entry immigration selection system.
The Invitation To Apply is an auto-generated letter issued to Express Entry candidates through their Express Entry profiles.
Only eligible candidates who meet the minimum entry requirements of one of the federal economic immigration programs can enter the Express Entry pool. Candidates are ranked according to their Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score.
